Chef Nathan aims to always use the freshest local ingredients and is once again expanding his portfolio of local produce purveyors. We are thrilled to be receiving some beautiful Summer vegetables from Covey Rise Farms and Fullness Organic Farms! Our popular squash blossom, roasted veggie and salad specials are constant reminders of how fabulous our local farming scene in the Greater Baton Rouge area is – and has been for a while!
