Patricia Green with fabulous Pinot Noirs of Patricia Green Wine Cellars as our guest with Chef Nathan’s culinary creations will make for a very memorable evening. All of her wines will be poured in the beginning of the dinner to taste and compare with each course. You decide which pairing you like!

Chef Nathan was beyond thrilled to reunite with his mentor, Marc Pauvert for “The Lost Art of Butchering”event in Charlotte, NC. It was three days of “chef heaven” for Nathan to not only attend but conduct seminars in the butchering arts. Chef Pauvert was and is Nathan’s inspiration for expanding his talent and love of all things boucherie. Look for some fun and tasty specials in the future!
